Many Desperate Girls, Too Few White Men
The colonial mentality that a white man is above the rest seems to be haunting young ladies in kenya.
In fact, this obsession is not new in Nairobi. Whereas there's always no accounting for everyone's taste, the viscous chase for the white man is always motivated by quick money.
The average college girl in Nairobi walks around with a calculating mind, like a lion planning to pounce on a nearby antelope who is not aware of the impending danger.
These ladies have deluded themselves to believe that all white men have money. So they dream of that big day when a white man will fly them abroad to a posh mansion and ask their hand in marriage.
With this pipe dream, ladies will dress like seasoned hookers and hang out in upscale bars and clubs that are frequently visited by tourists and expatriates. What's more, they are always ready to throw their morals out of the window for any white figure that dares give them the time of the day.
In this game, they know that they have to get their calculations right. You snooze, you lose it. But it's such a shame that these girls will snob a decent young black man who is upcoming in favour of an old retiree who is in Kenya for a short holiday.
You are just wasting your time
It's common sense to reason that it's highly unlikely to find a decent man looking for a wife in a dimly lit club at 3am in the morning. Chances are, these men are only looking for a one night stand to cool off the pressures of the day, which is why they are here at this time.
Though you're lucky because you'll earn your taxi fare in the morning, but as far as your respect is concerned, you shall have wasted your dignity for quick cash.
Whereas there are a few success stories about such night endeavors, they are quite a few, and they are an exception rather than what we would call a rule.
Lessons
Do not spend your entire life waiting for a white man to save you from the poorhouse. Otherwise, you will realize the futility of your actions when it's too late.
Here are the facts
As time flies by, you are not getting any younger. The only thing you are currently riding on is your dazzling figure 8. How many ''mzungus'' will you go through before realizing that you need a plan B? May be Education or something else, NO? Okay.
