With social media, the idea of boy-meets girl in the streets, manages to win her heart and ultimately marry her is under the sod.

In fact, these days guys hook up on facebook, 2 weeks later, their relationship status changes to ''in love''. One month later, their profiles reads like, ''love is a bitch''.

If this sounds familiar to you, then you must recon that it's the consequence of romping up through social media.

In fact, there's nothing wrong with social media at all. It has helped people reconnect with old-time friends, schoolmates etc. It has also helped people get jobs. But now it's being used as an avenue to get people laid.

Unfortunately, a heartbreak is something that you'll experience in your life no matter where you live. However, people react to heartbreaks differently. Some women will react by using social media to ashame the man who broke their hearts (they create drama by haling abuses, you know).

Just a few days ago, a woman decided to ashame a man on facebook after he used little unknown dirty tricks to invade her ''cookie jar''.

After hitting the sack, the woman later learned that she was dealing with a womanizer, and she(the woman in question) was part of the game plan. In order to revenge, she went on a rampage to insult this man on facebook.

Some days ago, a similar thing happened on twitter. A man posted screenshots of a certain guy after discovering that the man had romped with his female cousin.

This desperation bug has hit guys so hard forcing them to look for potential romp-mates on social media. And it troubles a lot to discover that some women work so hard to set themselves up for a heartbreak.

If you happen to meet a random man on facebook and all he does is to compliment you on your ''physical assets'', chances are that he is hungry for a quickie session with you, no more no less.

In fact, there's no way to tell if a man is being genuine with you just via chat messaging. There's no single evidence that can suggest they are genuine.

If you're going to sleep with a man you met on facebook or any other social media, make sure it's someone you've met and gone for several dates with.

Men are created to be visual creatures. They will not hesitate to pounce on any social media woman who happens to fall for their sweet nothings. In fact, some men have been wired to look for that ''cookie jar'' by all means. So be careful.
